- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
● The item arrives damaged
● The item has a printing defect
● The wrong item was delivered
Items must be:
● Unused and in original condition
● In the original packaging
Please note:
● We do not accept returns for a change of mind - Time Limit to Report an Issue
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. - How to Request a Return or Replacement
To request a return or replacement, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with:
● Your order number
● Clear photos of the product
● Clear photos of the packaging showing the issue
Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. 3 - What We Will Offer
After verification, Noor Wall Arts will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:
● A replacement of the same product
● A refund
● A reprint of the item
The final decision will be made after reviewing the provided evidence. - Return Shipping
● If the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return or replacement cost.
● If the return is not due to our error, shipping costs may not be covered. - Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 working days after approval. The refund method will depend on the original payment method used. - Color Disclaimer
